AI platforms for managing human resources in the marketing department: The Brainshark Platform as a Model

This study sought to examine the role of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in the training and development of human resources within the marketing sector, with a particular focus on sales representatives in corporate environments. Specifically, it investigated the efficacy of the Brainshark platform as a tool for sales enablement, training, and coaching. To achieve this objective, an analytical approach was employed, incorporating a review of the latest findings from previous research in this domain. Additionally, the study analyzed data extracted from industry reports and specialized online sources. The findings underscore the significant impact of AI applications on enhancing human resource functions and improving workforce performance. The Brainshark platform, as a data-driven sales enablement solution, equips sales teams with the requisite knowledge, skills, and resources to optimize sales success. Moreover, it emerges as a leading AI-powered training tool
